About Me.

HSE Manager/Advisor, based in Montpellier on the Mediterranean coast of France.

I am primarily focussed on Health, Safety and the Environment and I firmly believe that success in these domains is about engaging with, and supporting, the people that do the work on the front line. Engaged in the management of risk across all phases of renewable technologies (wind, floating wind, solar, etc.) projects.

With a focus on solar, wind and floating wind energy, I have successfully undertaken:

• Pre-Construction & Design Reviews: Conduct pre-construction surveys, FEED, and design reviews to ensure constructability and safety.
• Risk Management: Assist project teams in risk management processes such as HAZOP, HAZID, and Hazard and Effect Management.
• EPC Management: Skilled in managing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) subcontractor processes, including with turbine manufacturers, general contractors, and floater fabrication supply chains.
• Audit & Inspection: Perform audits, site inspections, safety walks, and verification of compliance with ISO standards (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
• HSE Risk Management: Expertise in various HSE systems including; Working at heights, confined spaces, electrical safety and LOTO procedures, and offshore safety protocols.

Outside of the office, I am committed to helping young people and have been mentoring youth in need of professional guidance for the past few years.
