HSE Guidance & Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance on health, safety, and environmental matters, including the development and delivery of training programs.

Project Management & Risk Assessment

Pre-Construction & Design Reviews: Conduct pre-construction surveys, FEED, and design reviews to ensure constructability and safety.
Risk Management: Assist project teams in risk management processes such as HAZOP, HAZID, and Hazard and Effect Management.
EPC Management: Skilled in managing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) subcontractor processes, including with turbine manufacturers, general contractors, and floater fabrication supply chains.
Audit & Inspection: Perform audits, site inspections, safety walks, and verification of compliance with ISO standards (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001).
HSE Risk Management: Expertise in various HSE systems including; Working at heights, confined spaces, electrical safety and LOTO procedures, and offshore safety protocols.

Offshore and Maritime Safety

Floating Foundation & Marine Fabrication: Experience in floating foundation fabrication, marine fabrication yards, and port requirements.
Marine Operations: Permitting, overseeing cable laying, trenching, and marine operations including drone and ROV safety (aerial and marine).
Vessel & SOLAS Compliance: Coordination of verification of vessel compliance with SOLAS, with Marine Warranty Surveyors (MWS), third parties, and regulators.

Incident Management & Emergency Planning

Crisis & Emergency Planning: Develop and implement crisis and emergency plans, including incident command and MEDEVAC setup..

Incident Investigation: Conduct incident investigations, trend analysis, and reporting, with experience in injury case management.
